2. Service Description We provide transportation service from the Port of Kotor to the Kotor Cable Car starting station and back. All bookings can be made online through our platform.
3. Booking and Payment
- Customers can book rides through our online system.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
- Prices are displayed before confirmation and are subject to change based on demand and operational factors.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride may be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate booking information.
- Customers should arrive on time for their scheduled ride. Delays may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
- Any inappropriate behavior towards drivers or other passengers will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal.

- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Company’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the booked service.
