If you have successfully completed the payment, consider that the ride is confirmed. Our employee will meet you at the port at the agreed time with a banner with our company logo (see below).
When you meet with our employee, you must show him/her the proof of payment that you received by email.
In case that, due to objective circumstances, you do not manage to reach the port at the agreed time, do not worry, our employee will meet you whenever you appear, and provide you with a later departure. Of course, if you see that you will be late, you can inform us about it by email or on the phone number available on the site.
